   Great price and fast delivery, working great . It’s 25 degrees outside and my hot tub is 104 degrees.

   OEM (Watkins) part. Instructions were clear and part worked as designed. Fast shipping. Picture on web site needs updating as the board I received is 4th generation and the one pictured is of an older generation. Would have like it if the vendor answered the phone and/or responded to my emails however!

   The heater relay board is original OEM Part. Relatively easy to install, and instructions on how to install from previous generation relay board was clear. Board is working great so far. Only negative comment that I have is phone calls and emails I sent remained unanswered. I wanted to confirm if my diagnostic approach was valid....no response from the Vendor. Also.....the photo is incorrect; the board I received has two relay's not three which I understand to be a 3rd generation board vs. a 2nd generation board as depicted.

   To be sure I had the right part before ordering, I called and got confirmation from the supplier that this board is the one to replace the OEM board that failed on my Caldera Niagara spa. The new board arrived with detailed instructions on connecting it since it was of a slightly different design. After making the connections, it worked perfectly.

   This part worked perfectly in replacing the heater relay board for my Caldera Utopia spa 2007. The instructions were accurate and well detailed. In 20 minutes the old board was out and the new board was in.

    With parts like this it's hard to review them. They either are compatible or they are not and they either work or they don't. This is the right board for my Caldera Niagara spa and it was an easy installation. Works as it should.
